1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to wsd4d ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), an online gaming platform operated for users in Indonesia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and wsd4d. By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by wsd4d, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of wsd4d services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform, and your continued use after such notification constitutes binding acceptance.

2. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the wsd4d Platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits (subject to wagering requirements).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, slots, and lottery products.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits awarded to Users subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid Indonesian identification documents (KTP or equivalent) and proof of address.
• "Platform" means the wsd4d website accessible at https://wsd4d.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, customer support, and related services provided by wsd4d.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use wsd4d services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. wsd4d strictly prohibits underage gambling and employs age verification measures during registration and withdrawal processing.
2. You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law and the laws of your place of residence.
4. You must not be self-excluded or prohibited from gambling by court order, administrative sanction, or voluntary exclusion program.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Registration requires provision of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform.
• Create only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false identities will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
• Immediately notify wsd4d of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wsd4d is required by anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide, upon request or prior to first withdrawal:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid government-issued identification showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and ID number.
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested to verify payment methods or comply with regulatory obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals. wsd4d reserves the right to suspend Accounts pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wsd4d accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment channels: Bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from an account or payment instrument registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes depending on the payment method and banking infrastructure. wsd4d does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.3 Third-Party Deposits Prohibition

Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods not registered in your legal name are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from non-verified sources may be confiscated and the Account suspended pending investigation. wsd4d reserves the right to reverse deposits originating from unauthorized sources and return funds to the originating account.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility and Process

Users may request withdrawal of their Account Balance subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name matching your verified identity documents. Requests are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), though off-peak requests may take up to 2-4 hours.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set based on Account status, VIP tier, and verification level. Users may request limit increases by contacting customer support with appropriate documentation.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

wsd4d does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than five withdrawals per day) may incur administrative processing fees. Third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own transfer fees, for which wsd4d is not responsible.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. wsd4d reserves the right to require additional verification, request source-of-funds documentation, or delay withdrawals pending compliance review for transactions flagged as suspicious.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

wsd4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements (typically ranging from 10x to 40x), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration dates. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, arbitrage betting, or circumventing wagering requirements through irregular play patterns, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, and potential Account suspension. wsd4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings at its sole discretion.

6.3 VIP Program

Eligible Users may participate in the wsd4d VIP loyalty program, which offers tiered benefits based on gameplay volume and Account activity. VIP benefits, tier requirements, and rewards are subject to change at wsd4d's discretion. VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and may be revoked for violation of these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

wsd4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Users are encouraged to set limits based on their personal financial circumstances and never gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to customer support. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or receive marketing communications. 8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purposes.
• Collusion with other Users, use of automated betting software (bots), or employment of unfair advantage techniques.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to access your Account.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to reverse legitimate deposits after funds have been wagered.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward wsd4d staff or other Users.
• Exploitation of system errors, software bugs, or payment processing glitches for financial gain.

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

wsd4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory compliance requirements, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, any remaining Balance (excluding bonus funds and funds obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to the User after deduction of applicable fees and pending resolution of any disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wsd4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

wsd4d makes no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, accuracy of odds, or error-free operation of software. Technical issues, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service disruption. Users acknowledge that online gambling inherently carries risk of financial loss.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of wsd4d services shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Indonesian as mutually agreed by the parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the wsd4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of wsd4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using wsd4d services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or cyber threats.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Waiver

Failure by wsd4d to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of wsd4d.

13.3 Assignment

These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed without our prior written consent. wsd4d may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wsd4d regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
